HOW TO USE

Start with clean brows and brush BROW FORM through the hairs using upward and outward strokes.

For a soft, fluffy brow, brush into your desired shape and let dry. For a more laminated look, brush hairs upward and gently press them into place with your fingertip.

Allow to dry completely before adding your favorite brow pencil, powder, or pomade.

BROW DOWN PRO TIP: Apply BROW FORM first, then fill only where needed. You'll keep the dimension of your natural brow hairs while creating a fuller, polished finish.
